Core Challenges
Scaling Innovation in a Startup Environment
XDynamics entered the competitive drone market with a bold vision: "Evolve"—a professional-grade drone featuring a unique dual-screen controller. As a startup, the challenge was:
establishing a structured development process within a high-speed, limited-resource environment to ensure the product could move from prototype to mass production. I introduced Agile Scrum to the team. Serving as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, I streamlined workflows, managed backlogs, and synchronized the sprint cycles.
